Susie Simmons, Ed.S. is a Maine-based Instructional Technology Coach with over a decade of experience supporting K–12 educators and school leaders. Holding an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology, Susie has been presenting at regional and national edtech conferences since 2014. She specializes in workflow automation, artificial intelligence in education, data-informed instruction, and hands-on maker learning environments.
Known for her practical, practitioner-grounded approach, Susie translates complex digital tools into high-impact classroom strategies that save educators time while boosting active student engagement.
Started at Bonny Eagle High School in January 2006 as the graphic arts teacher. Became the 6-12 instructional tech coach in September 2013 and expanded to district-wide in 2026.
